Among the standout moments was the recognition of Olivia Dean, a graduate of the Brit School, who emerged as a dominant force with four prestigious accolades, including the coveted Album of the Year award.

Key categories and honorees

Song of the Year (public vote) was claimed by Sam Fender and Olivia Dean for their track “Rein Me In.” Other top prizes went to Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande for “Defying Gravity,” while Fred again.., Skepta, and PlaqueBoyMax secured the Best Dance Act title for “Victory Lap.” Calvin Harris and Clementine Douglas were celebrated for “Blessings,” and the Breakthrough Artist award was presented to Lola Young.

International and genre-specific winners

International Group of the Year was awarded to Huntrix, a collective comprising Ejae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami. In the Alternative/Rock category, Sam Fender took home the Best Alternative/Rock Act honor. Meanwhile, Dave claimed the Best Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act title, and the International Artist of the Year went to Rosalia. For International Song of the Year, the public vote selected ROSE and Bruno Mars for “APT.” and Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars for “Die With A Smile.”

Album of the Year was ultimately awarded to Olivia Dean’s “The Art Of Loving,” while Dave’s “The Boy Who Played The Harp” earned him the Best Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act distinction. The ceremony also highlighted entries like Chrystal’s “The Days (NOTION Remix)” and Taylor Swift’s “The Fate of Ophelia,” which made the shortlist for other categories.
