A 45-year-old man was taken into custody on suspicion of negligently allowing a dog to become dangerously out of control, resulting in fatal injuries. He was released on conditional bail after the arrest.

During the incident, a 31-year-old woman was bitten on the arm and received medical attention at a hospital. Officials stated that both dogs involved were assessed by a specialist officer and were not identified as banned breeds.
